The African Earth Jurisprudence Collective supports Indigenous communities across Africa in reviving traditional ecological knowledge, protecting sacred natural sites, and promoting Earth-centred governance. Rooted in Thomas Berry’s vision, the collective trains Earth Jurisprudence Practitioners to defend customary laws and ecosystems from industrial threats. Through advocacy, legal reform, and cultural renewal, it works to embed nature’s rights in African governance and restore harmony between people and planet.
